A 26-year old woman complained of a solitary skin-colored tumoral mass on her right buttock which had slowly and consistently enlarged over the past. She reported that she had first noticed the growth approximately 13 years ago.

On examination, a skin-colored isolated mass was detected as described.

What investigations would you advice for this lesion?
